| The purposes of GSWGA are:
- to promote, maintain and enhance the game of golf among senior women in Georgia,
- to conduct an annual 36-hole stroke play tournament for the GSWGA Championship,
- to conduct a Fall Team Tournament,
- to give suitable recognition to the winners of these events.
