Dear GSWGA Ladies,
Happy New Year to you! I am very excited to serve as your new President this year and look forward
to working with you and our very talented Board of Directors. Your ideas are valued, so please feel free to send us an email at GSWGA@GSWGA.org or check out the heading – Contact Us on our
website, WWW.GSWGA.org. We have an evaluation form you can submit. We will carefully
consider your comments – both positive and constructive!
This letter and a membership application will be sent to you through our Website email system.
We plan on sending out all 2012 tournament information via this same format. If you do not have an email address, the documents will be mailed to you.
We ask you to print out a copy of the Membership Application and post it in the locker
room at your club to enable prospective members to join GSWGA.
Your Board of Directors is an active and enthusiastic group of ladies who devote many hours in
planning for each of our tournaments. We volunteer for the Board for the love of the game and our
organization. If you too would like to take an active part in this great and long lasting organization
please email us and we will be in touch. We are always looking for new members for our Board of
Directors.
The 2012 Championship Tournament will be played on May 8th and 9th at Stone Creek Golf Club and
Valdosta Country Club in Valdosta. Our Fall Team Tournament will be played on October 2th and 3th
at Achasta Golf Club in Dahlonega and Chestatee Golf Club, Dawsonville. You will receive an
application via email 6 weeks prior to the tournament. This information will also be available on the
website.
Also, as we are trying to make our Website more informative, we ask you to let us know of any
Charity or Invitational tournaments throughout the year in your area. We will be happy to post them
on line to increase your participation.
